A bit about me.

I’ve been working squarely where brands, agencies and digital platforms meet – leading teams to help brands realize their full potential. I continue to LOVE what I do.

I’m currently a Global Client Lead at Meta, where in 2021 I led the Mondelez relationship. I was responsible for driving the business globally, helping powerful brands like OREO, Cadbury and Philadelphia by aligning Meta resources and products with Mondelez’ needs, developing and implementing strategic plans based on sound business analysis. In 2022, I started leading the global restaurants category - including McDonald’s and Yum! Brands (KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell) across all Meta touchpoints, including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp. In every instance, these brands consistently grew their investment with Meta year over year.

The Managing Director job at Huge gave me an opportunity to shape the Client Service discipline and focus on true unified brand experiences across campaign and digital product work for Zelle, Vanguard and Citrix. I gained valuable perspective running the Brooklyn HQ office – leading an office of 200+ ridiculously talented people across every discipline — Client Service, Creative, Tech, Media, Strategy and Analytics – and 15+ accounts with full business development and P&L responsibility. It’s during this time that I got the clearest confirmation that success is all about the work and the people. That’s really it.

I started my career at DDB on the Michelin Tires business back when a baby in a tire helped differentiate one brand from another. I kept working on a combination of things that were hard and things that interested me. I helped launch some of Hershey’s biggest products. I pitched and won the Subaru business. I also ran the account management training program. After 14 years, it was time to get broader and more digital experience.

I moved to TAXI to be head of account management — working closely with NY Life, Molson and the cable network VERSUS. Then I had the opportunity to take an equity position in another small agency, The Concept Farm, where I worked across BNY Mellon, Nielsen and Thomson Reuters. Both agencies were completely media-agnostic. We did work across digital, video, print, radio etc.

Then I got a call from DDB to come back to lead the global digital business for ExxonMobil — an offer I couldn’t refuse. I led a team that spanned New York, Singapore, London and Bogotá. This included websites, apps, search and everything in between. Globally for Exxon, Mobil and Esso brands.

Next, I went to Ogilvy to run the global brand and digital business for UPS. We won a few Effies for the work we did there. Then IBM needed a hand running the Watson portfolio including Health and IoT - from brand to demand.

I was successful in the MD role at Huge because I was well-prepared for it – based on the experiences I had beforehand at big agencies and small. After Huge, I came away with a keen understanding of what brands and agencies of all sizes need to survive and thrive. It still all comes down to the work and the people.

The nuts and bolts.
