As Vanguard’s AOR, we helped them start telling their story in a way that’s completely authentic to their investor-first approach - as their true point of difference. Vanguard isn’t the hero of this story. Far from it. Their 30 million investors are the heroes. We used this work to lift their voices and tell their stories - to be the voice of Vanguard. We also reimagined the entire Vanguard Financial Advisor Services (FAS) site experience to be more client-focused. This project flowed from content audit through to design, copywriting, front-end build and user testing. Due to years of cumulative improvements, patches and siloed updates, the site was in need of a full refresh. We partnered with the Vanguard team to develop a new best-in-class site experience. This work was based on a 281-page design system we developed that keeps quality consistent.
