Zelle

I led the agency team as we partnered with seven of the largest US banks, including Chase, Wells Fargo and Bank of America to create Zelle, a money transfer service designed to compete with the likes of Venmo, and PayPal. We led the brand creation, from naming through to digital product development (app and website), go-to-market strategy, campaign launch creative, media planning, event strategy and social media.

The launch campaign featured Hamilton’s Daveed Diggs showing how money flows seamlessly from one person to another. The campaign included TV, digital video, print, OOH, experiential and PR with the tagline “This is how money moves.”
