Here, we challenged the entrenched perceptions of this historic brand. Reflecting an evolution of their offerings, instead of being just a shipping company bought by shipping managers, we positioned UPS as a problem solving company. This completely integrated global campaign won two Effies by significantly shifting key metrics in a relatively low-interest category.
